Their patience and resourcefulness is immeasurable and unwavering.
They helped us keep our sanity and cautious optimism when we actually got accepted, and throughout the inspection and escrow process, they were always available for our questions and did an incredible amount of hands-on work in helping us organize across everything required. They were immensely helpful - from educating us on the fundamentals of home buying and what we needed to be prepared for, to providing well researched property opportunities, to shepherding us through multiple open houses - including taking us through the offer process (and the inevitable rejections). Fast forward 20 months later, that took us through a super competitive seller's market AND a pandemic (that caused us to back out of a first closing) - Christine and Meghan have been there every step of the way of this wild ride and we happily found our perfect home. When my spouse and I met Meghan and Christine while they were collecting luggage donations in the neighborhood, they were so friendly and professional, we decided it was the time to take a chance at buying our first home.
